Online reservations
In the event of an obvious error in the rate displayed during an online reservation—including an error resulting from a computer problem, bug, technical failure, or programming error—Jouvence reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question. Such an error is defined as an obvious and significant price difference from the rate normally applicable for the accommodation or package booked. In such a case, the establishment is under no obligation to honor the reservation at the incorrect rate. The customer will then be informed as soon as possible and may, if necessary, choose to maintain their reservation at the corrected rate or cancel it at no cost.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, i.e., if an unforeseeable, unavoidable event beyond Jouvence’s control occurs and prevents Jouvence from providing the customer with all or part of the stay, such as a power failure, Jouvence’s liability will be limited to refunding the customer’s deposit or crediting the unused portion of the stay, and Jouvence will not be liable for any other damages that the customer may incur.
Jouvence may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation on its part in this regard, attempt to relocate the customer elsewhere. In this case, any amount of money that may be required by a third party to relocate, feed, and provide the customer with any services required by the customer that exceed the amount of the package agreed upon and not used with Jouvence shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, and Jouvence shall have no obligation with respect to this excess amount of money.
