YOUR COORDINATOR
A coordinator will be assigned to you to help meet your objectives and ensure that your event unfolds smoothly. Whether it be for a simple change in schedule, finding resources you are missing, or meeting a specific request, your coordinator will take care of all the details prior to and during your stay, and ensure that everything is in place.
