When should I contact Jouvence if I have special dietary needs?
When you make your reservation, you must inform the agent of your allergies, dietary restrictions or intolerances, which will then be passed on to the chef in charge.
During your stay, upon your arrival, the receptionist at the Petite Auberge or the Resort will invite you to go to the dining room to fill out an intolerance and allergy form. This sheet will be given to the cook in charge. In addition, at the beginning of each meal service, we recommend that you inform a dining room employee of your arrival so that we can guide you properly.
