Welcoming you in a secure environment is our priority. We hope to welcome our guests as planned this summer, following the new measures that will be shared. 

 

 

HOW WILL YOU COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED A STAY?

An email will be sent to the email address saved in the stay information. A first email was sent mid-May by the general management to all customers with a stay booked before August 21st.

 

 

WHEN WILL JOUVENCE OPEN AGAIN?

To date, we cannot confirm the exact date of our reopening. We will contact all customers who have booked with us this summer as soon as we learn of the reopening date and respective guidelines.

 

 

DOES THE DECISION MADE BY THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES TO CLOSE SUMMER CAMPS AFFECT JOUVENCE?

The Centre de villégiature Jouvence is not affected by this decision. Jouvence welcomes families, individuals, groups and doesn’t classify as a summer camp.

 

 

WHAT IF JOUVENCE IS NOT REOPENED AT THE PLANNED DATE OF OUR STAY?

If Jouvence cannot welcome you at the date of your planned stay, you will have the option to obtain a full refund of your deposit, or to apply it to a future stay.

Appling your deposit on a future stay allows you to reserve the accomodation of your choice, while retaining the option to cancel free of charge up to 10 days prior your new arrival date.*

WHAT ARE THE MEASURES PUT IN PLACE BY JOUVENCE AND HOW WILL THE STAYS BE IMPACTED?

The security of our guests and our team is our priority. While we wait for the specific measures to be announced by the public authorities, our team is considering all possible scenarios. All measures put in place will be shared to our guests before their stay and will also be published on this page.

 

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL A STAY?

Individual and family stays – If you want to cancel a stay, please send us your request at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Complete name (on your confirmation)
  • Date of stay
  • Folio numbers (six numbers)

We will answer your request in the following 72 business hours.

Group reservations – Send us a detailed email at [email protected] including the direct phone number where we can reach you.

HOW CAN I BOOK A STAY?

We currently have an occupancy rate of 90% during the Summer Club Formula (July 3rd to August 20th). Therefore, until further notice, we will not take new reservations for arrivals before August 21st, 2020. To book a stay for August 21 or later, here are the steps to follow:

Individual and family stays – If you want to book a stay, please send us your request at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Complete name;
  • Direct phone number to reach you;
  • Desired dates of stay (and a second option if we cannot welcome you);
  • Number of adults and children and their ages.

Group reservations – Send us a detailed email at [email protected] including the direct phone number where we can reach you.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE UPDATES FROM JOUVENCE?

We will send email updates to all guests who have booked a stay until August 21st.
