Welcoming you in a secure environment is our priority. In this context, we have put in place preventive measures to ensure that your stay with us takes place respecting the enforced hygiene measures. In virtue of the new sanitary measures that have been communicated in November 2022, those who have COVID are not obliged to isolate themselves but must wear the mark in public spaces. Those who have fever are invited to stay home. Many viruses and infections are running. All guests that have symptoms such as coughing, sore throat or runny nose are recommended to wear masks in public spaces. Thank you for being cautious for the health and safety of our team and all the guests!
Can I visit Jouvence site if I don't have a booked stay?
Non, our site is exclusive to guests with an all inclusive stay. Discover our offers and promotions.
What if Jouvence cannot receive me at the scheduled time of my stay?
If Jouvence is unable to welcome you on your scheduled date of stay, you will have the option to obtain a full refund of your deposit or to apply it on a future stay. Apply your deposit on a future stay allows you to protect the accommodation of your choice, while retaining the option to cancel free of charge up to 10 days of your new scheduled arrival date*.

How can I cancel a stay?
Individual and family stays – If you want to cancel a stay, please send us your request at [email protected] with the following information:
- Complete name (on your confirmation)
- Date of stay
- Folio numbers (six numbers)

How will you communicate with customers who have booked a stay?
Jouvence communicates with its clients by email, at the address shared at the time of your reservation. Do not hesitate to check your spam folder, in case your email service has directed our messages there.
How can I receive updates from Jouvence?
We will send email updates to all guests who have booked a stay. You did not receive it? Check your spam emails or write an email with all the details at [email protected].

Can I charge my electric vehicle?
Yes.
We have 2 parking spaces available equipped with level 2 outlets at P1. They are compatible with vehicles that have an SAE J1772 charging port and offer an immediate charging mode.
We also have 2 spaces with 120 Volts outlets at P6. Please note that these are not fast-charging stations, you need to bring your own adapter.
The charging rate is set at $1.25 / hour and payable with the help of the Ev Duty application (click here to download with Apple Store or Google Play).

Is there a curfew on the site?
No. The curfew applies to our site when there is one. Therefore, there is no walking possible on the site during the curfew timelines. All our guests will must be returned to their accommodation and remain until the following morning. Jouvence staff will circulate on the site at all times, even during curfew, for security and emergency management purposes as needed.
Can I bring my pet?
You may unfortunately not. Jouvence is located in Parc national du Mont-Orford, where pets are forbidden.
Is wearing a mask mandatory?
As of May 14, 2022, it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask or face covering in Quebec. The choice to wear a mask remains at the discretion of each individual. The population is invited to respect those who wish to continue to use this means of effective protection against COVID-19. ACCOMMODATIONS
Are there refrigerators in the accommodation?
- Center de Villégiature Jouvence: Refrigerators are available in private chalets and accommodation with shared lounge (Rafale, Poudrerie, Suroît, Nordet and Brise).
- La Petite Auberge de Jouvence: No, there is no refrigerator in the rooms.
Is bedding included?
Yes, except for certain groups.
Will I have to share a washroom if I stay in a large pavilion?
At La Petite Auberge de Jouvence, how do the regular and superior rooms differ?
Superior rooms:
- Are slightly larger in size than the regular rooms
- Have a balcony or a terrace.
- Have a view of the stream.
- Are located in a separate wing for added privacy.
Is there a safe in the room?
All of our rooms are equipped with a safe, except the 2 pavilions at D’Jouv. Our guests may use them for free.
Do the rooms have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available in all of our rooms, except for the Des Havres sector and our shelter located in the woods named the Sarracénie cabin.
Are the rooms and accommodation air conditioned?
Most units have a fan, but no air conditioning. That being said, the common areas are air-conditioned at La Petite Auberge de Jouvence.
What accommodations or rooms do you offer for people with reduced mobility?
At Centre de Villégiature Jouvence, during peak season, we suggest the Suroit or the Poudrerie.
At La Petite Auberge de Jouvence, we suggest room 3.
If you or a person in your party requires special assistance during your stay, upon arrival or departure, we invite you to inform us when making your reservation.
ACTIVITIES
Can I bring my boat?
No. Jouvence provides all clients with free access to our fleet of watercraft: canoes, kayaks, Rabaska canoes, pedal boats, rowboats, and our popular sailboats!
Do you have a pool?
No, but we do have a lake! Jouvence is located on the shores of Lake Stukely. We have a beach and a supervised swimming area.
Can I fish?
Yes, but only from a watercraft with a valid fishing license. Rules prohibit fishing from the shore.
Can I bring my bicycles?
Yes! Jouvence features several bike trails. In addition, you may also access Parc national du Mont-Orford’s circuit. Please note that you will be charged additional access fees by SEPAQ.
Will the activity still be held if Mother Nature isn’t cooperating?
Activities at Jouvence are offered rain or shine. We hold our supervised activities even if the weather is not perfect. Our counselors have a few tricks up their sleeves to adapt all of our activities to the weather conditions. Of course, if an activity must be canceled because the weather is too bad, several other alternatives will be available on site.
Will there be campfires?
Yes, if the SOPFEU authorizes it at the time of your stay. Benches will be installed so that social distancing is respected.
Are the hebertism modules safe in winter?
Totally! The hebertism modules are open all year long.
Can we slide two people on a tube?
Yes, it is possible to slide 2 people on a tube if your child is too young to slide alone.
At what age can children slide?
From 3 years old and up.
MEALS
How do the meals work?
Several meal options are offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are presented in the form of an all-you-can-eat buffet. For all meals, you must schedule a time when you arrive on site, to ensure that there is a constant flow of people and no crowding at the buffet.
Do all meals have to be included?
Yes. At the Centre de Villégiature, meals are included in our rates because we offer an all-inclusive package. No worries for you, just all-around fun! However, if you are staying at Jouvence’s Petite Auberge, you have the option of choosing a two-meals-per-day-only package.
How do you manage food allergies?
At Jouvence, we have a strict procedure and we manage this situation every day in a rigorous manner. Our chefs have received training in allergy management, and all of our kitchen and dining room staff are very aware of this reality.
Although Jouvence pays special attention to meeting the needs of its customers with respect to food allergies and intolerances, Jouvence cannot guarantee that the food served is allergen-free.
Will you offer choices for dietary restrictions?
Our menu always includes vegetarian options. We also have gluten-free and lactose-free options*.

When should I contact Jouvence if I have special dietary needs?
When you make your reservation, you must inform the agent of your allergies, dietary restrictions or intolerances, which will then be passed on to the chef in charge.
During your stay, upon your arrival, the receptionist at the Petite Auberge or the Resort will invite you to go to the dining room to fill out an intolerance and allergy form. This sheet will be given to the cook in charge. In addition, at the beginning of each meal service, we recommend that you inform a dining room employee of your arrival so that we can guide you properly.
Can I bring my own drinks (wine, beer, etc.)?
Our guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages to their accommodation site only. Jouvence’s dining room, bistro, and terraces have a wine list and an extensive cocktail menu.
Does the menu include a large dish selection?

Do I have to bring my playpen?
Yes.
Do children have to participate in anime activities?
No, they are not compelled to do so. We do strongly suggest that they participate so that they enjoy unique and unforgettable experiences.
Do I need to bring a highchair or a booster seat for my child?
No, we will be pleased to lend you these accessories. You just have to specify it when making your reservation.
Are there daycare services?
Daycare is finally back for summer 2022! We offer daycare for children under 3 years of age only during our adults nights dinner (once a week) during the summer Club Formula.
What to bring during your stay?
