Our accommodations, bedrooms and dining tables can now welcome occupants from two private residences.

Welcoming you in a secure environment is our priority. In this context, we have put in place preventive measures to ensure that your stay with us takes place respecting the enforced hygiene measures. Our team is trained and is ready to host you. We are waiting impatiently for your arrival!

PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL

Please read the Agreement for a memorable and safe stay. This short agreement seals our common commitment to making your stay in Jouvence a safe one.

What to bring?

Water bottle
Chairs and/or blanket

Appropriate rainwear and umbrella
Hiking gear
Wearing a mask or face covering that covers the nose and mouth is mandatory inside and when the 2 meters social distancing cannot be respected (reference).

As a precautionary measure, we suggest that you bring hand sanitizer. We also invite you to consult the page Confinement in Québec.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

As we wish to reduce contact, you will be given a sealed packet containing your keys, the site plan, bracelet(s), the Agreement of a memorable and safe stay, etc. We will also ask you to specify your desired meal times in order to respect social distancing.

Consult the arrival and departure times according to the date of your stay

All individuals of 13 years and older will be required to present their vaccination passport along with their photo identification at the time of registration. The vaccination passport, in the form of a QR code, can be presented directly from a mobile device (VaxiCode app or PDF) or it can be printed. Only the QR code from the vaccination passport is accepted and no other document is valid. Guests who are unable to present their proof of vaccination will not be admitted to the Jouvence site.

Our teams are fully trained and ready to host you. All staff members must apply the standards in force and are equipped accordingly as per their respective departments. Our sanitary protocols have been updated. Here is what you need to know about your stay.

Repas Jouvence

Delicious meals to eat in the dining room

Delicious meals are offered and are presented in buffet-style. At La Petite Auberge de Jouvence, a delicious 4-course table d’hôte dinner is served in the evening.
Inside, a maximum of 10 people can sit at the same table or the occupants of 3 residences. Outside, 20 people can sit at the same table.
Dining room layout has been redesigned for social distancing.
Tables and chairs are carefully sanitized between each client’s use.
Fruits, juices and coffee are available on demand from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Exceptionally clean rooms and accommodations

All accommodations and rooms are diligently sanitized following a rigorous protocol.
To limit contact, towel change will not be executed daily. Clean towels will be available at the reception desk.
A quick cleaning may be requested at the reception desk provided the room is unoccupied for a minimum of 3 hours prior.

Transparent panels have been installed to ensure social distancing.
Multiple hygienic stations are at your disposal.
Arrow indicated routes are put in place.
Common areas have been reorganized to minimize circulation.
Busy common areas are frequently and regularly sanitized.

Club Formula

We so look forward to welcoming you! Animation remains at the heart of our offer and allows families staying at the Centre de Villégiature Jouvence to participate in thematic family activities with our experienced animators and in compliance with all health measures. The animation team is actively preparing the theme for the holiday celebration 2021. A unique decor, colourful characters and animated family activities for young and old await you.
